Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and the order may instead be processed under the Return Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Soilo

Soilo reserves the right to cancel orders in cases involving:

• Payment failures
• Fraud prevention checks
• Pricing errors
• Product unavailability
• Regulatory restrictions

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellation refunds will generally be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
