Optional paid enterprise dashboards and services are separately scoped. Partners who demo the ESG, RegTech, and Carbon MRV platforms to enterprise customers earn on those deals case by case.
Territory Exclusivity
Territory exclusivity can be considered for partners committing to and achieving 50 device sales per month, subject to quarterly performance review and written approval by Soilo.

Payment and delivery terms
Ordering and fulfilment
Device orders require advance payment. Shipping, taxes, duties, and local clearance are borne by the partner or customer unless separately agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines depend on quantity, payment confirmation, and production availability. Final commercial terms depend on country, order volume, support scope, and a written partner agreement.
