Delete My Account

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your Soilo account and all associated personal data under the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials
All soil measurement records and field data
ESG reports and carbon estimates
Device registration and history
Uploaded evidence documents
Subscription and billing records (subject to legal retention)

Before you delete

Export your data from app Settings → Data Export
Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges
Note: device hardware is not affected by account deletion

Processing time

Requests are processed within 30 days. We will verify your identity before deletion is carried out and send a confirmation to your registered email.

Account deletion request

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data — including soil records, ESG reports, carbon estimates, and device history — will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Requests are processed within 30 days. Your identity will be verified before deletion is carried out. If you signed in with Google or Apple, your Soilo account will be deleted independently of your Google or Apple ID.
