Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through Soilo's website and mobile applications. Soilo is operated by DDverse Initiatives Private Limited.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping may be offered for selected products and destinations at Soilo's discretion.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Processing may be delayed during holidays, promotional periods, inventory audits, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–10 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–15 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
5. Tracking
Customers will receive tracking information via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or app notifications once the order has been dispatched.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, repeated unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or inability to contact the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect packages upon delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours by emailing soilo@ddverse.in.
8. Force Majeure
Soilo shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or events beyond our reasonable control.
