Incorrect latitude/longitude
A swapped axis or out-of-range latitude is flagged against CRS metadata and original records. We do not relocate farms by guesswork.
EUDR technical data QA for exporters and compliance teams. Check plot coordinates, GeoJSON, supplier identifiers and shipment evidence before buyer handover.
EU importers and their service providers; coffee, cocoa, timber, rubber and other covered-commodity exporters; GIS service providers; traceability companies; and compliance consultancies responding to genuine EU buyer evidence requests. Product coverage and legal applicability require confirmation; not every agricultural shipment is covered.
A swapped axis or out-of-range latitude is flagged against CRS metadata and original records. We do not relocate farms by guesswork.
Self-intersecting polygons, open rings and projected coordinates presented as longitude/latitude become explicit technical exceptions.
Two geometry records using the same plot identifier are reconciled only when original records support the identity; otherwise both remain flagged.
A plot without an authorised producer/supplier reference is listed as an orphan rather than silently attached to another supplier.
Declared area and calculated geometry area are compared using an appropriate documented method. Mismatches do not justify inventing new boundaries.
Plots, lots, contracts and Bills of Lading need source-supported joins. Unsupported source relationships and ambiguous consignment allocations remain unresolved exceptions.
Source-backed technical outputs in the accepted format; a source and evidence register; a plot/lot/shipment mapping crosswalk; an issue register; corrections supported by original records; a remaining exception log; and a versioned reviewer handover with the source manifest.
A pack is technical evidence for buyer review. It is not a certificate, deforestation analysis, legal compliance opinion, official due diligence service or due diligence statement. Soilo does not act as an EFICO portal-submission agent.
Submit authorised source data and buyer instructions → validate technical integrity → identify and classify exceptions → reconcile only supported records → independently review the technical work → deliver a versioned evidence package through an approved channel.
Independent technical review within this delivery workflow is not external assurance, legal due diligence or a determination that the land is deforestation-free. Blocking gaps remain visible; missing provenance is never invented.
GeoJSON is a structured format, not proof of lawful production. Check longitude/latitude order, CRS handling, geometry type, identifier uniqueness and the source of each relationship. EUDR generally requires polygons for non-cattle plots over four hectares; points can be applicable for smaller plots. Buyer requirements may be stricter and must be checked independently.
Preserve the submitted file and source metadata. Reprojection, ring repair or identifier correction must have a documented technical basis, a working copy, reviewer checks and a trace back to the original. Missing field boundaries require an authorised source owner or separately scoped professional survey, not fabricated geometry.
Tell us your covered commodity, role, approximate plot count, buyer deadline and whether lawful source files exist. Do not place confidential coordinates, farmer details or supplier files in the public enquiry form. After qualification, agree permissions, retention, scope, reviewer capacity and an authorised transfer channel.
A clearly attributed coffee-buyer example, not a universal EU rule.
EFICO's public coffee supplier policy requests consignment geolocation and traceability data, normally including consolidated GeoJSON, from 1 October 2026 for relevant consignments. Consignment data is required within 48 hours following approved pre-shipment samples. Its supplier risk-assessment survey deadline is 31 October 2026. These are EFICO-specific buyer requirements, not general EUDR statutory application dates. Soilo is not an EFICO partner, approved assessor or portal-submission agent.
Read EFICO's supplier requirementsThe European Commission states that EUDR applies from 30 December 2026 for medium and large operators and micro/small operators already covered by the EU Timber Regulation; 30 June 2027 applies to most other micro/small operators. The July update separately gives 30 December 2027 for products newly added to scope by those measures. Confirm operator category, covered product scope and the current legal position for each engagement.

Discuss scopeTechnical QA only: no legal compliance determination, deforestation-free attestation, official due diligence, due diligence statement submission, certification or statutory filing. Delivery requires lawful source access, qualified reviewer capacity and validated operational readiness.
Monthly allowances and separately quoted one-off engagements are distinct. No one-off fee is added for work already included in an accepted monthly allowance. Targets begin after complete, accepted intake and are not unconditional guarantees. Larger jobs require accepted scope and reviewer capacity; no unlimited regime coverage or automatic multi-framework applicability.
Technical QA only: no legal compliance determination, deforestation-free attestation, official due diligence, due diligence statement submission, certification or statutory filing. Delivery requires lawful source access, qualified reviewer capacity and validated operational readiness.
The four offerings are separately scoped and priced. Authorised evidence may be exchanged when source rights, schemas and the receiving workflow have been confirmed. Buying one product does not provide another product's capabilities or confer regulatory status.
