Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
All eligible Soilo products include a Three-Year Free Replacement Warranty from the original date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship defects occurring during normal intended use.
2. Warranty Remedy
Upon approval of a valid claim, Soilo may provide:
- Free replacement product
- Equivalent replacement model
- Replacement component
- Alternative resolution deemed appropriate by Soilo
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Accidental damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Abuse or misuse
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized modifications
- Unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Theft or loss
4. Warranty Claims
Customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Supporting photos or videos when requested

5. Warranty Limitations
Replacement products do not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
