We are happy to have you with us. This page will help you log in to your dashboard, register your device, upload warranty details, download the Soilo app, and complete your first device setup smoothly.

Step 1

Login to your Soilo Dashboard

Go to dashboard.soilo.in and sign in using the email ID shared with Soilo or the login details provided to you. Once you log in, you will see your customer dashboard, device details, onboarding workflow, FAQs, and support options.

How to get started

Complete your Device Onboarding

Inside the dashboard, open the Devices page and complete the onboarding workflow for your Soilo device. This helps us verify your device and support you faster whenever needed.

Service Desk support becomes easier and faster once device onboarding is completed. We can resolve issues more quickly when your device is registered and verified.

Upload Warranty Card and Device Details

To activate and track your device support properly, please upload your warranty card or warranty details from the Devices section inside the dashboard.

If you cannot find your warranty card, contact Soilo support. Our team will help you verify your device and activate warranty coverage.

  5. 5Upload image or PDF of warranty card if available

The Soilo mobile app helps you connect your device, start soil tests, view reports, and check AI recommendations — all from your phone.

Step 5

Set Up Your Soilo Device

Follow these steps to power on your device, connect it to the app, and run your first soil test.

Power on the device

Press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds until the indicator light turns on.

Insert into soil

Insert the probe pins fully into moist soil up to the marked line. Remove stones and debris first.

Connect with mobile app

Open the Soilo app, select your device from the list, and tap Connect.

Start soil test

Tap Start Test in the app and keep the device steady. The test takes around 60 seconds.

View report

Check your soil parameters and AI recommendations. Save or download your report for reference.

Tips for Best Results

Follow these simple guidelines to get accurate and consistent readings from your Soilo device every time.

  • Test moist soil for better and more accurate readings.
  • Remove stones and debris before inserting the probe.
  • Insert the probe pins fully into the soil up to the marked line.
  • Keep the device steady while the test is running.
  • Clean the probe after every use.
  • Avoid extremely wet or very dry soil conditions.
  • Store the device in a dry place when not in use.
  • Test soil from different spots in your field for better understanding.
