Hours saved = manual hours per project per monitoring cycle x your efficiency assumption, summed across baseline/monitoring data, calculations, and evidence-pack assembly, x monitoring cycles per year x number of projects.
Licence scaling
Project Starter covers 1 project, Project Professional covers up to 5 projects, and Enterprise MRV covers unlimited projects. Licences needed = your project count divided by the tier's project cap, rounded up.
Break-even project count
Solved as: annual licence fee divided by (monitoring cycles per year x your rate x weighted hours saved per project per cycle). This is the smallest number of projects at which time saved fully offsets the licence cost.
