Company update

Soilo showcased its products at Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2025. We're thrilled to announce the incredible success of our participation in the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show! Representing Soilo, a breakthrough initiative by DDverse Initiatives Private Limited, we were overwhelmed by the positive response.

According to Soilo’s event update, the team received over 500 enquiries and secured device orders exceeding 1,000 units. These are reported event-order figures; they are not a statement that every ordered unit had already been delivered.

This is a testament to the hard work of our team and the strong value proposition of Soilo. We're excited to see what the future holds for Soilo and our mission to empower farmers with sustainable solutions. I had the distinct honor of meeting Shri Ravi Ranjan, IAS, MD of StartInUP - Government of Uttar Pradesh, on the sidelines of Day 0, UPITS 2025. It was a fantastic opportunity to discuss our vision for Soilo and how we are leveraging AI and hardware to empower farmers.

Interest at UPITS and the responsibility of follow-through

Soilo’s Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2025 update reports more than 500 enquiries and device orders exceeding 1,000 units. The company also describes meeting Shri Ravi Ranjan, IAS, Managing Director of StartInUP, on the sidelines of Day 0. The six supplied photographs record the display, visitor conversations and the wider exhibition setting. The figures are presented as Soilo’s reported event activity, with a clear distinction between an enquiry, an order and a completed delivery.

That distinction makes the achievement more useful to understand. Interest at a busy event creates opportunities, while suitable follow-up requires the team to confirm who the customer is, what they need and which next step is appropriate. The founder’s original update thanks the team and connects the response with Soilo’s agricultural mission. The background below explains the practical relationship between an exhibition, customer discovery and delivery. It does not add an order value, a fulfilment rate or a further outcome that was not included in the supplied account.

Background: interpreting enquiries, orders and deployments

Commercial milestones are easier to understand when the language describes the actual stage of a relationship. An enquiry means someone has asked for information or expressed interest. An order reflects a further commercial step, subject to the terms applying to that transaction. A delivered device or an active deployment is a different measure again. These categories can all be useful, but they should not be substituted for one another. A busy exhibition can generate many conversations without every conversation becoming a sale, and an order announcement does not by itself establish that every unit has reached its final user.

This distinction does not diminish the significance of interest or sales. It makes the achievement more precise. Enquiries can reveal where demand may exist and what information customers need. Orders can demonstrate a willingness to make a commercial commitment. Delivery and supported use then require operational work that may continue after the event has ended. A responsible account should identify which figure is being reported and who supplied it. Where a number comes from a company update rather than an independently audited event record, describing it as company-reported helps readers assess the statement within its proper context.

For Soilo, the same approach keeps event reports separate from the global figures presented elsewhere on the website. The current company-reported reach of 110+ countries and more than 5,000 devices is not calculated by adding the enquiry and order figures in individual news stories. Nor does a map of selected deployment locations establish the full meaning of every commercial announcement. Each record answers a different question. The practical next step after an event is to qualify interest, confirm requirements and work through the relevant quotation, fulfilment and support processes. Keeping those stages clear supports both honest communication and more useful operational follow-up.

Official event context and company-reported commercial interest

The organiser’s historical exhibitor manual places UPITS 2025 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, from 25 to 29 September 2025. That primary source provides the event context for the company’s account. It does not establish the original posting day of Soilo’s announcement or the date of every conversation described in it. The archive keeps the source story’s year-level label and records the verified event period in the body, rather than manufacturing a precise publication date from the exhibition calendar.

Soilo’s reported figures are more than 500 enquiries and device orders exceeding 1,000 units. An enquiry records interest or a request for information. An order represents a further commercial step, with its own terms and delivery status. Neither figure should be described as a count of devices already delivered merely because it appeared in an event update. The distinction is retained prominently so readers can understand what the company reported without interpreting it as an independently audited deployment total.

The same care applies to the founder’s meeting with Shri Ravi Ranjan, IAS, described as MD of StartInUP in the original account. The story reports an opportunity to discuss Soilo’s vision on the sidelines of Day 0. It does not claim that the meeting produced a procurement decision, government certification or an investment in the company. Those would be separate outcomes requiring separate evidence. The meeting is part of the founder’s event recollection, rather than a substitute for product or commercial documentation.

A large response at a trade fair creates a practical task after the stall closes. Enquiries can concern different uses, quantities and operating environments. Keeping those needs distinct helps avoid treating every conversation as the same opportunity. A prospective advisory service may need a different discussion from an individual grower or an organisation considering several devices. Clear follow-up can establish suitability, explain current specifications and identify questions that require further technical review. This describes the responsibilities associated with event interest, not a claim that every reported enquiry completed that process.

The photographs preserve the exhibition setting and accompany the original company account. They are not used to calculate sales figures or infer the delivery status of an order. Readers interested in current device availability can follow the product pages and contact Soilo with a defined requirement. The UPITS article remains a historical record of the company’s reported response at the 2025 show, with the official event dates and the limits of the commercial figures made explicit.
